It was the hardest thing I ever did. And now we have done it many times, but it does not get any easier. Taking precious resources that are hard to come by and for which there are so many competing demands . . . taking 300+ people who you have loved and shepherded, some for many years, and inviting them to leave the church and launch out to start a new work. . .
