The Gathering 2009

What do you call 40 Harvest Senior Pastors and 2 days of fellowship and collaboration? The Gathering! Last fall, Pastor James and the Fellowship called our Harvest Bible Chapel Senior Pastors together for an exclusive two-day event at the Elgin Campus. Nearly every North American Senior Pastor was able to take part in this Proverbs 17:17 window of intensive teamwork.

Geared toward sharpening our focus on the ministry aspects and characteristics that define Harvest Bible Chapel and our church planting movement for increased fruitfulness, the interactivity and fellowship were nearly non-stop.

And of course, gathering a few dozen brothers in ministry in close proximity to Chicago would naturally spur on a night out on the town...along with at least a few moments of fun.

Pray with us for these men who faithfully shoulder the burden of preaching the Word and shepherding the flock of God in their respective fields.
